I enjoy using a variety of ways to present information to my students. I do not ever want my classroom routine to be predictable. I believe that if different methods are used students get engaged more effectively. So, I am always looking for new presentation ideas and new classroom tools. Needless to say, great was my excitement when I discovered “mysimpleshow”. It is an online tool that allows you to create short explainer videos for classroom use. (Or for any use, really - you can even create invitations by creating an invitation video with this tool!) You simply sign up at www.mysimpleshow.com and the tool guides you through the video making process. You can also look at a few examples of simpleshow videos on youtube - I have already used some of these simpleshow videos, as well as created my own. Very useful indeed! If anyone can recommend other great presentation tools, please join this discussion. New ideas are always welcome!
