Through my work at Violet Organization as Fundraising Manager, I improved my way of dealing with many types of partners and donors and enhanced my experience in implementing projects in multi sectors, which has significantly improved my communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds. And as a result, I can solve problems and provide robust and high-quality resolutions dynamically.
