The future of young people and the economic and social development of communities hinge on quality education. Central to this endeavour are teachers, who serve as indispensable resources. They inspire and guide students, facilitate their learning, and prioritize their well-being. However, teacher training often lacks consistency or depth, and in-service professional development, particularly in remote areas of less resourced regions, frequently goes unsupported.

Education Beyond Borders Society is a non-profit, non-denominational NGO committed to closing the global education gap. We believe that empowering teacher leaders is crucial for ensuring quality education for everyone. Our organization primarily works with primary and secondary school teachers in under-resourced regions to enhance their capacity and foster self-reliance.
