World Class Schools YMCA International Mock Trial Cases

YMCA World Class School- International Mock Trial Case

 

Major changes

 

1. Two teams of five people each- two lawyers and three witnesses

2. Trial Time limit 75 minutes

3. Opening Statements 2 minutes

4. Closing Statements 3 minutes

5. Cross Examination 12 minutes total

6. Direct Examination 15 minutes total

7. All witnesses must be called with the min. being 30 seconds.

Gilgil EBB facilitator Training Week - 2011

The death of my friend Max the rhino

 

 

It is with great sadness and admittedly anger, that I must report the poaching of Max the rhino who I befriended at Ol Pejeta Conservancy in 2009.

 

Even though his horn was removed by the conservancy officers, he was still murdered, his face and what little of was left of his horn taken.
